These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dhyaanguru website, content, and services (the "Service") provided by Dhyaanguru LLC("Dhyaanguru", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with Dhyaanguru LLC, 15502 Stoneybrook West Pkwy, Ste 104-246, Winter Garden, FL 34787. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Service or purchasing an offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Nature of the Service

Dhyaanguru provides spiritual education, contemplative practices, traditional Vedic guidance, and general wellness experiences — including a library of Vedic mantras, meditation content, guided practice tools, and personal offerings such as spiritual reports and traditional rites.

These offerings are spiritual, religious, cultural, and educational in nature. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, crisis support, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial or investment advice. Spiritual and astrological interpretations are inherently subjective. Please read our Important Information page.

4. No physician-patient or therapist-client relationship

Dr. Nipun Aggarwal is a physician and spiritual teacher. Purchasing or participating in any DhyaanGuru offering does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other clinical or professional care relationship with Dr. Nipun Aggarwal or with Dhyaanguru LLC. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as medical or mental-health advice. Never delay or discontinue professional care because of guidance received here.

5. No guaranteed results

Individual experiences vary. No specific physical, emotional, financial, relationship, professional, astrological, or spiritual outcome is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

6. Your responsibility for your own decisions

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, including decisions relating to your health, finances, relationships, career, family, and legal matters. Spiritual guidance received through the Service is offered for reflection and should be weighed alongside advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others;
• interfere with security, upload malware, probe or scan systems, or scrape content;
• resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service or its content;
• circumvent technical limits or access controls.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it updated.

9. Intellectual property

Dhyaanguru LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, text, audio, video, imagery, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial practice. Digital products, reports, and downloads are licensed for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, or republished.

10. Payments, delivery, cancellation and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Payments are processed by our payment providers on behalf of Dhyaanguru LLC, which is the seller of record. Digital products and reports are delivered by email or secure download after payment is confirmed; personally performed rites and private engagements are scheduled with you after purchase.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank so we can resolve it directly; we may suspend access to digital products while a chargeback is under investigation.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable window.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids such limitation.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify Dhyaanguru LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida have exclusive venue. Dispute-resolution provisions (including whether arbitration or a class- action waiver should apply) have not been finalised and are pending review by counsel.
